Fahad AlTherwi has been appointed as the Vice President of Engineering and Support in January 2024. Prior to assuming his current role, Fahad was the Vice President of Engineering and Project at Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company-Luberef, showcasing a profound journey within the industry that began in 1993.

Throughout his extensive career, Fahad has amassed a wealth of experience in operations, project management, and leadership, particularly within the Downstream Sector. His involvement has been crucial in the successful commissioning and operation of various complex projects, underlining his strong managerial and technical expertise that he brings to his current position.

Fahad's academic foundation is solidified with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals, equipping him with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in his field.

Previous Positions:

• 2019-2023: Vice President of Engineering and Projects, Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company-Luberef.
• 2016-2019: Gasification Plant Operations Division Manager.
• 2011-2016: Played a pivotal role in Jazan Refinery Complex Projects at Saudi Aramco.
• 2006-2011: Led Yanbu Refinery Projects - Engineering Division at Saudi Aramco.
• 2006: Integral to the Yanbu Refinery DHT Complex Project.
